Get as fit as possible while staying safe!

Staying safe while you exercise is always important, whether you’re just starting a new activity or haven’t been active for a long time.
With this WORKOUTS app you don’t only get a video for each exercise, we also show you what not to do, the risks of injuries, how the muscles work in the exercise with a look inside the muscles, and lots of small nuances that make a big difference in exercises.

IMPORTANT NOTE
Note that if you got an invitation to download this app, you are a client of a trainer who has chosen to work with Muscle and motion's Strength Training app for personal trainers and you should also know that your coach care about you and want to give you the BEST he/she can!

WHO CAN USE THE APP?
In order to use this WORKOUTS app, your coach or any fitness professional first need to subscribe to the Strength Training app, and then he/she will be able to share with you a link invitation to the WORKOUTS app.
Clients can only use the WORKOUTS app if they are working with a trainer that use the Strength Training app by Muscle and Motion, otherwise you won't be able to access this app.
The Strength Training app is a platform for coaches and personal trainers who want to understand the anatomy and kinesiology of strength training and also manage clients with less admin work.
With the Strength Training app your coach can build a whole workout plan and share it with you on-line, you will get the new workout plan directly to this WORKOUT app, so all you need to do is to download the WORKOUT app and wait for your coach to send you a new workout plan.
